Our refund policy, as described below, applies to all purchases made through our website www.createpotential.com.

Returns & Cancellations

All returns and cancellation requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Physical Products
To be eligible for a return on a physical product, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we supply you with return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Products
To be eligible for a return on a digital product, your digital product must be one of our digital 8-week courses. Only cancellation requests within in the first 30 calendar days of course enrollment are eligible for a refund. Email support@createpotential.com to cancel your enrollment and request a refund.

Refunds

We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should see your refund credit applied within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
